Hello St. Paul Families,
I would like to share some important updates as we look ahead to the month of August.
First of all, I have good news to share!! Our plan to reopen St. Paul School in August has been certified by the Diocese of Joliet! I am so grateful to the committee of staff, School Board members, and parents who volunteered their time to help us write a comprehensive plan to reopen the school to students and staff in August.
I know there is still uncertainty about the reopening of any school, public or private in our community and in our state. Our team has spent time and effort to make sure we have a safe plan for all of our students, staff and parents. We are very blessed to have a large school with large classrooms. We are using every inch of space in our school to make sure we abide by the certified plan.
I also know you have questions. Below is a link to the presentation that was given during our Zoom meeting on Monday, August 3rd. During the meeting, I presented specifics of our reopening plan including cleaning and sanitizing procedures, air ventilation and our HVAC system, arrival and dismissal procedures, classroom set up, lunch procedures, and much more.
