We believe that a child's education is facilitated and enriched by the use of a variety of resources and people. Our volunteers are an integral part of many areas of our school community. Their generosity assists in providing support in various areas. As a result, all families are required to participate in volunteer hours through the PPP. Throughout the course of the year, all families must receive 20 points. This can be done through the different school events and activities; such as classroom parties, Giant Steps Auction Fundraiser, coaching, etc. Your PPP hours will be accounted for through the school office. Families will be charged for not completing all PPP hours. Parents choosing not to participate in the Parent Participation Program may pay $400 in lieu of working 20 points worth of time at school activities.
In the event a student withdraws from St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School before the end of the academic year, pro-rated tuition may be refunded throguh November 1st. After November 1st, no tuition money will be refunded. Fees such as Home and School, raffle tickets, Giant Steps auction fundraiser, curriculum fee, and PPP are NOT refundable in part or in full.
