Mrs. Dudek has worked in the Diocese of Joliet since 2007. Her background before starting with the Diocese includes working in corporate America as a Training/Transitioning Manager, the Director of Menu and Nutritional Management for Chicago Public Schools, and Director Correctional Services for Commissary for the central United States Region.
She began her career in the Diocese as the Director of Development and Before/After School Coordinator for St. Joseph Catholic School in Joliet. Transferring to St. Paul the Apostle in 2012, she is the Director of Food Service and Extended Day Coordinator.
Mrs. Dudek is an alumna of St. Francis Academy, Joliet Jr. College and Purdue University. She has earned an Associates in Culinary Arts, Associates in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management. She currently is a registered as an (ELS) Illinois Paraprofessional and holds an Illinois Substitute Teachers license.
Mrs. Dudek has been a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Joliet for over 26 years.
