Mrs. Deanna Wolff has been with the Diocese since 2018 where she was a 5th grade teacher at St. Mary Mokena for four years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University and her Master of Education degree from the University of St. Francis. Mrs. Wolff is endorsed in Elementary Education K-9, as well as in Language Arts and Social Science. She is a Co-Advisor for our Battle of the Books teams.
Before teaching at St. Mary’s, Mrs. Wolff was a paraprofessional at Thomas Jefferson in Joliet and a regular substitute for Troy, Rockdale, and Minooka Schools. She has worked with every age level! From 2008-2013 she worked with Joliet Township High School students promoting Financial Literacy in the schools through Credit Union services on site.
She lives in Joliet with her husband, Matt, and her two sons, Dylan and Luke. Her sons will both play baseball for their schools this fall. Dylan will be attending Lewis University and Luke will be attending Triton College. Mrs. Wolff is very excited to be working with her new 4th graders. She is a big Sox fan, and she loves to garden, walk, read, and organize.
