Mrs. Ambrosia is very excited to be working as a Teacher's Aide this year. She has been a part of the St. Paul's staff since 2019 when she began her career here as the school secretary. Currently, she enjoys working with and getting to know our wonderful preschool, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten students.
Mrs. Ambrosia and her family have lived in Plainfield for over 25 years. She has seen first hand the positive effects of Catholic Schools, as her own, now grown children, were provided an excellent education. They learned specifically about their faith and how character counts. Her children began their school journey at St. Mary Immaculate in Plainfield, continuing at Joliet Catholic Academy and finally, graduation from their fist choice of colleges.
Mrs. Ambrosia is the proud grandmother of Jackson (8) and Emilia (2). She loves to travel to Nashville to visit her daughters and their families.
Her name may be familiar as she spent several years as a journalist at the Joliet Herald News and WJOL radio. She went on to have an exciting career as a United Airlines Flight Attendent.
Mrs. Ambrosia feels very fortunate to be a part of the St. Pauls family.
